Description
PT-141 (bremelanotide) works on melanocortin receptors in the brain involved in sexual desire and arousal. It may increase sexual desire and improve arousal in some people. Bremelanotide is FDA-approved for certain premenopausal women with acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD); other uses are not established or approved.
